As I alluded to, it's not easy to get guests to socially connect, if they are not on any social media site. And this is true for many South Africans, as we are jagged by expensive broad band.
But if your guest, visitors or clients are not socially e-connected, then I suggest you take matters in your own hands. One way to do that is to take your visitor's book (that book where they say nice things about you) and turn it into an e-tool.
